Dr. Kasperk is the Head of the Center for International Automobile Management. Previously, she headed the Chair of International Management at RWTH Aachen University. For over 10 years, the focus of her research have been strategies in the automotive and energy industries. Dr. Kasperk has extensive work experience in both the energy and the automobile sector, and she lectures at various universities in China and Thailand.

Sarah Fluchs is a Research Associate at the Chair for International Economics at RWTH Aachen University and works at the Center for International Automobile Management. She is a former student of Economics at Maastricht University and at the University of Cologne.

In her research and dissertation she focuses on the automobile industry, more specifically on the field of manufacturing strategies and supply chain management. Besides her work at the Center, she has an engagement at the Chair of Production Engineering of E-Mobility Components (PEM) and thereby contributes to the interdisciplinarity of the research in mobility.

Marius Pudeg is working as a student assistant at the Center for International Automobile Management since June 2018. He holds a degree in Business Administration (B.Sc.) with focus on “Management and Economics” from Mercator School of Management at University Duisburg-Essen. Currently, he is studying in the master´s program Business Administration focusing on “Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Marketing” at RWTH Aachen University. Besides his bachelor thesis about e-mobility in China, he is focusing his studies on the automotive industry. Next to his studies, he gained practical experiences in Germany and the Netherlands working in the field of marketing.
